IQ DIR - Inquire if a directory exists

PURPOSE

To inquire whether a directory exists or not.   Example.

USAGE

.OPERATION: IQ DIR [exists]

.QUERY EXISTANCE OF DIRECTORY: work
[Enter name of directory in question. If the directory exists and a register variable is supplied on the operation line, the register's contents will be set to 1.0. If the directory does not exist the register's contents will be set to 0.0.
